We will use the information we collect about our users' preferences to make assessments about what other types of real estate information an individual user might be interested in.

Finally, we aggregate demographic information supplied by users during registration and information about their use of the Home Seller Software site to describe our user base to potential partners, investors, and advertisers. In providing this information, however, we do not reveal any information about an identifiable individual.

In general, we will not disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to unaffiliated third parties other than as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or as disclosed at the time of the collection of the information.

When you register as a Home Seller Software member, we may offer you the ability to co-register with select third-party partner sites or sign up for specific promotions and email newsletters. If the box next to the offer is checked at the time you click on the submit button, you have consented to permit us to disclose the information you have provided in your Home Seller Software registration to the partner for the purpose that has been checked.

From time to time, Home Seller Software may change its privacy policy.
